Shipping Policy
Please note: As of March 20, 2020, we are currently experiencing delays with order processing and shipping. Please allow for an additional 1-3 days for delivery.

We are experiencing high inventory demand, longer fulfillment times, and shipping delays as we are taking extra care in our production and distribution centers. Due to these delays, we have temporarily removed our 1-day shipping option. Read more about our response to coronavirus.

For information on carrier delays, please refer to the service alerts provided by USPS and FedEx.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours.
All orders are inspected for quality and accuracy.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer 3 shipping options on U.S. orders for your convenience:

USPS standard shipping, which typically arrives in 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping, which typically arrives in 2-3 business days
Overnight shipping, which typically arrives in 1 business day (Note: this option has temporarily been suspended due to delivery delays.)
Please note that we do not currently offer Saturday deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship to a limited number of international locations. This currently includes: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. (Note: shipping to France and Japan has temporarily been suspended due to restrictions.)

We offer standard shipping on all international orders, using a combination of FedEx and local carriers for last mile delivery. Delivery time is typically 7 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date due to potential customs delays.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders placed on our website ship from the United States.
We have two distribution centers, located in South Carolina and California, in order to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
